Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager for a 24-bed GYN Oncology unit in Missouri. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of oncology‑trained nurses, APRNs, social workers, pharmacists and physicians to coordinate high‑acuity care, including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, pain management and palliative services.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, budget oversight, and ensuring quality, safe patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
