Job summary

Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate patient care, manage staff, and oversee department operations in the Missouri facility. Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or Associate's degree.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience not required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5–10 years of experience; supervisory experience <2 years.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and development.
• Participates in staffing, revenue/expense budgets and ensures adherence to goals.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions and documents accordingly.
• Creates and implements a collaborative plan of care based on assessment and treatment.
• Oversees payroll updates, time cards, bonuses, and staffing needs; leads meetings and communications.
