Responsibilities

• Provides patient care per planned interventions and documents accordingly.
• Creates and oversees collaborative plan of care based on assessment and treatment.
• Manages payroll updates, time cards, bonuses, and staffing communications; ensures coverage and productivity.
• Ensures staff productivity and achievement of department goals as directed by leadership.
