Qualifications

• Candidates must be a graduate of a state accredited nursing school.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Facilitates communication across departments to coordinate care.
• Serves as a resource for staff on standards of practice and policy.
