Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician at MacArthur Park Apartments. You will perform hands-on maintenance, respond to daily service requests, and help upgrade units to maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in multifamily maintenance and a valid HVAC license. You will work closely with the Lead Technician and participate in on-call shifts to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance experience in multifamily.
• Valid HVAC license is required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool upkeep.
• Work with Lead Maintenance Technician on projects.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.
