Job summary

Adara Communities in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our Waters Edge community (300 units). You will assist with daily service requests, unit make-readies, and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool upkeep.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, a valid HVAC license, strong troubleshooting and time-management skills, and a driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience in multifamily environments.
• HVAC license is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
• A personal set of basic hand tools is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool upkeep.
• Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on projects.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
