Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field operations.
• Experience managing crews and coaching staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership (70%): manage daily activities of crews and lead moving projects to successful completion.
• Crew Management (10%): coach and mentor field staff on responsibilities.
• Operations & Logistics (15%): oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, field estimates, and site surveys.
• Culture Leadership (5%): embody company values and model best practices in field operations.
