U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run day-to-day operations at our Princeton, TX center.

You will work closely with the General Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage staff, schedules, and daily processes, and drive operational efficiency. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high quality of care.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
