U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to take on increased responsibility and help customers while leading a strong team.

You will learn valuable skills to move your career forward at one of our retail centers. In this role you will run daily operations in the General Manager’s absence, allocate time and resources, oversee staff performance, and participate in U-Haul education programs.

Qualificações

• Must have leadership experience in any form.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
