• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or mortgage sales support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Senior Vice Presidents.
• Implement process improvement strategies for Sales leadership.
• Ensure accurate and complete loan applications ready for processing.
• Support the Mortgage Analyst in transitioning loan files.
