Job summary

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking an Inside Loan Officer to join our Scottsdale sales team. You will receive on-the-job training from our experienced professionals and use our CRM to manage leads and follow up with clients seeking mortgage solutions.

The role emphasizes outbound calls via Five9, lead generation, and delivering exceptional service to borrowers. Veterans are encouraged to apply and a strong customer-service background helps you succeed.

• Execute our training plan to achieve success from day one.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads using Five9 dialer.
• Support a Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow up.
• Learn and apply sales techniques through hands-on coaching from the training team.
• Manage leads in our CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Consistently exceed borrower expectations with WOW service.

With on-the-job training from our most prosperous and experienced sales professionals, we will provide the tools and resources you need to thrive and succeed in the mortgage industry!

What To Expect

• Execute our best in class training plan to achieve success from day one


• Utilizing a Five9 dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads


• Support a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow up


• Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from the BEST training team in the mortgage industry!

Requirements
