Job summary

Southwest Licking Local Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Cross Country Coach to lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture this season. You will guide student-athletes in developing technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence on and off the course. You will foster sportsmanship while helping runners reach personal bests.

Supervision comes from the Athletic Director and Building Principal; permit and training requirements are required prior to coaching.

Qualifications

• Must obtain listed permits and training: Pupil Activity Permit, Fundamentals of Coaching, CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, Mental Health Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture this season.
• Guide student-athletes in developing proper technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence both on and off the course.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director and Building Principal.

If you are ready to foster sportsmanship and help our runners reach their personal bests.

Job Requirements: All coaches will be required to obtain the permits and training listed below.
