You will guide student-athletes of all skill levels in developing proper technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence both on and off the course.

Qualifications

• Pupil Activity Permit is required.
• Fundamentals of Coaching is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Concussion Training is required.
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training is required.
• Mental Health Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the middle school cross country team and mentor student-athletes.
• Develop training plans to improve technique, endurance and confidence.
• Foster sportsmanship and help runners reach personal bests.
