KnitWell Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Merchandising Support professional to assist the Merchant team in creating an exciting product assortment aligned with sales and profitability targets.
You will partner with Merchants, Production, Allocation, Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Visual teams; manage order entry, sample organization, and data-driven analysis; and travel to stores to connect with customers as needed.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position provides overall support to the Merchant team in creating an exciting product assortment that meets or exceeds sales volume and profit for their area. Intuitively respond to customer feedback, market trends, and work with Merchant to develop action plans that drive growth and increased profitability.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-year experience required
Strong analytical skills
Excellent computer skills
Microsoft- Excel proficient
Basic knowledge of retail math
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication
An ability to prioritize tasks to balance the immediate and long-term needs of the business
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of analytics and ability to analyze data
Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
