White House Black Market in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Merchant team member to help create engaging product assortments that meet sales and profit goals, translating feedback and market trends into action plans with the Merchandising team.
You will partner across Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Visual teams, manage order entry and sample organization, and travel to stores to connect with customers. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience are preferred.

This position provides overall support to the Merchant team in creating an exciting product assortment that meets or exceeds sales volume and profit for their area. Intuitively respond to customer feedback, market trends, and work with Merchant to develop action plans that drive growth and increased profitability.
