Qualifications

• 2–4 years in merchandising, buying, e-commerce, or a related commercial role.
• Genuine interest in fashion, resale, and consumer trends.
• Comfortable with dashboards and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Read demand and maintain reporting on listing-to-sales ratios, trends, and category performance.
• Break inventory health by category and price to inform supply decisions.
• Keep pulse on fashion and culture; translate trends into actionable merchandising plans.
• Own execution of merchandising plans across editorial, promotions, and in-app surfaces.
• Collaborate across growth, creative, product, and supply to meet timelines.
