Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Merchandising role to develop and drive inclusive merchandise strategies that delight customers while meeting financial goals. You will own product-level P&L, drive growth, and monitor category health, taking bold risk and delivering profitable assortments.

You will work with Design, VM and Production to align customer needs with AUC profitability and speed to market, while partnering with inventory and store planning teams to protect growth drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive merchandise assortments meeting global, digital, and regional needs to increase earnings.
• Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising and Production on product strategies and requirements.
• Partner with Inventory Management, Store Planning and Allocation on seasonal investment strategy by market.
• Identify business opportunities and risks by analyzing sales performance and marketplace information.
• Ensure quality of services and advice to meet business partner needs.
• Oversee team resources, budget, and adherence to policies.
