Job summary

Stefanini Group in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser for Women's Apparel to support the merchandising team in developing and executing product strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and management of women's apparel collections, assist in line plans, market tools, and seasonal attributes, and help optimize assortment decisions based on sales data and consumer insights.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product Development (internship considered).
• Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates and changes to the line across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product attributes across systems on a seasonal basis.

• Conduct competitive research to stay informed on market trends and evolving consumer preferences.

Job Requirements
