Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the Product Development and Design team. This entry-level role will assist with sample development, costing, product documentation, and showroom organization while coordinating with overseas factories and internal teams.

The role reports to the Creative Director and offers exposure to product development and merchandising within a growing fashion accessories company.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate in fashion/product development.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe programs a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with BambooRose is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas factories on sample development and costing.
• Maintain costing spreadsheets and product documentation.
• Prepare line sheets and presentation materials for sales meetings.
• Organize spec sheets, product images, and sample inventory.
• Support the design team with materials for customer meetings.
• Assist with showroom merchandising and sample management.
