Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the Product Development and Design team. This entry-level role will assist with sample development, costing, product documentation, and showroom organization while coordinating with overseas factories and internal teams.

The role reports to the Creative Director and offers exposure to product development and merchandising within a growing fashion accessories company.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate in fashion/product development.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe programs a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with BambooRose is a plus.

Responsibilities
