Qualifications

• 2–4 years of design experience, ideally in children’s apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of seasonal girls’ apparel collections
• Create sketches, CADs, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Prepare and update tech packs, line sheets, and BOMs
• Research trends, fabrics, and prints to support seasonal directions
• Review samples, trims, and fabrics with cross-functional teams
