Job summary

The NES Group is seeking an assistant hair accessory merchant to support the lead merchandiser in executing product assortment through showroom maintenance, vendor communications, and sample management. You will help build knowledge of customers, the product lifecycle, and the competitive marketplace while keeping day-to-day business organized and on track.

You will assist with newness for branded and open line, as well as specific customer projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or product management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead merchandiser through sample management, creating line sheets, and administrative tasks that enable product execution
• Assortment planning & visual merchandising for our showrooms 4 times a year
• Maintain and organize our library of product
• Store visit to analyze trends and keep up with the landscape

Required:
