As a key contributor to the creative studio and visual merchandising team, you will ensure the smooth daily operations that underpin all creative endeavors. You will be instrumental in managing essential product samples, maintaining an organized and efficient studio environment, and providing critical administrative support. Your work will directly enable the creative and merchandising teams to deliver impactful visual experiences that resonate with customers and elevate the brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and meticulously organize seasonal product samples, making them readily available for creative studio and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Track sample arrivals, maintain precise records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.
  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring optimal accessibility and organization for all team members.
  • Support the preparation of studio sets, contributing to overall studio cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with various seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in close collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
  • Prioritize and effectively manage tasks to consistently meet deadlines and support overarching team goals.
  • Support studio photography efforts, contributing to the visual documentation of products.
