Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be essential in managing product samples, supporting studio setup, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the creative process. As a Merchandise Assistant, you will be immersed in the world of fashion, working closely with creative and visual merchandising teams. Your organizational skills will be key in managing the flow of seasonal product samples, ensuring that everything is readily available for photoshoots and displays. You’ll contribute to a vibrant and efficient studio environment, playing a crucial role in bringing the brand’s vision to life.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
• Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring accessibility and organization.
• Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
• Assist with studio photography.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.94 to $25.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
