Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant MEP Coordinator to lead planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of key MEP equipment on mission-critical projects. This role emphasizes coordination of MEP models, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning activities.

The Assistant MEP Coordinator focuses on the proper planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of key MEP equipment. The position is essential in Mission Critical environments, but also helps with Health Care and TI projects.
Responsibilities include coordination of the MEP model, guidance with processing MEP submittals, provide expertise with MEP related RFIs, track MEP construction progress, organize startup and commissioning documentation, and work with subcontractor and vendors to close punch list items.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Engineering or equivalent industry experience required. 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission‑critical projects. Background in MEP trades and technical knowledge of construction methods a plus. Strong computer skills needed. Ability to navigate 3D modeling software a plus.
