Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of collegiate playing experience.
• Minimum of one year of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
• Commitment to Belmont Abbey College's Catholic and Benedictine mission.
• Ability to adhere to NCAA and Conference Carolinas rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruiting plan for the program in compliance with NCAA and Conference Carolinas rules.
• Assist with practice and game plan development.
• Monitor academic progress toward a degree for student-athletes.
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling; support head coach in day-to-day duties and team operations.
• Assist student-athletes and coaches with community service projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
