Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Commitment to development of student-athletes on and off the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in managing and operating the men's lacrosse program.
• Develop and implement practice plans, drills, schemes, and game strategies.
• Assist with scouting, film breakdown, and game preparation.
• Coordinate youth camps and clinics.
• Support gameday operations and travel planning.
• Backstop academic and athletic development of student-athletes.
• Manage equipment inventory and distribution.
• Assist with camps and recruiting travel logistics.
