Qualifications

• First aid, CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, organization and supervision for all practices and varsity contests with the head coach.
• Organize and implement a successful recruiting program focused on academics and athletics.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA rules, conference regulations, and university policies.
• Foster sportsmanship, professionalism and student-athlete welfare.
• Manage program budget, travel, and scheduling within university guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with university staff, parents, alumni and stakeholders.
