What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs. If you possess strong mechanical aptitude and a desire for growth, this role is a perfect fit.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety following Bowlero Corp and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance.
• Complete the Bowlero Corp Assistant Mechanic training program within the designated timeframe.
• Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and operate all bowling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (preferred) with emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training and advance into a mechanic role.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or engineering fields encouraged.
