Job Summary

The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for working alongside the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. This role involves tasks such as removing and demolishing irreparable materials, extracting standing water, and cleaning affected areas. The technician executes job action plans, manipulates contents, works in confined spaces, and uses power tools.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Remove/demolish irreparable materials at job sites
  • Extract standing water if needed
  • Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Clean up debris and affected materials at job sites
  • Assist Project Foreman with job site production
  • Maintain safety standards
  • Execute restoration job plans
  • Manipulate contents
  • Work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Use power tools effectively
  • Assist with warehouse duties
  • Utilize truck-mounted extractors
  • Identify and set up drying equipment
  • Communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Background check clearance
  • Reliable transportation to main office
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting
  • Clean-shaven face for respirator use per OSHA
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
Physical Requirements
  • Capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly
  • Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, or with vibrations
  • Handle mechanical and chemical hazards including fumes, odors, dust, gases
  • Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, reach, grasp, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles

Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
