Qualifications

• 2+ years in marina, boating, or hospitality operations with leadership.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating seasonal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily marina operations including dock management and boat launches.
• Supervise, train, and schedule marina staff, attendants, and rental teams.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce marina rules, with briefings as needed.
• Oversee rental inventory and coordinate repairs.
• Handle guest interactions, bookings, check-ins/outs, payments, and conflicts.
• Maintain logs, inventory, and incident reports; assist purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Support marketing and upsell efforts for lessons and tours.
• Fill in for Marina Manager as required.
