Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
• Multi-unit restaurant or resort management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure venues deliver outstanding food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Monitor restaurant flow, staffing levels, and service efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members; manage labor costs.
• Manage departmental budgets, revenue and profitability goals; monitor inventory and ordering to minimize waste.
• Oversee alcohol service in compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Create memorable dining experiences and collaborate with other departments for events.
