  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manufacturing Manager in supervising and coordinating daily production operations.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Help maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support staff training and provide guidance to production team members as needed.
  • Track and report on KPIs, such as output, downtime, and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Ensure equipment is functioning properly; report and follow up on maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Quality Control, Logistics, and Inventory.
  • Assist with staffing schedules and shift planning as required.
  • Fill in for the Manufacturing Manager during absences or as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedAssistant Manufacturing Managerto support the daily operations of our manufacturing department. This role will work directly under the Manufacturing Manager to help oversee production activities, improve workflow efficiency, support team leadership, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
