Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Operate the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Participate in hiring, training, and staff leadership.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is absent.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and store merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms.
• Create schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
• Process daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
