GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize our convenience store and lead daily operations on every shift. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team focused on customer service and sales growth.

You should be ready to work weekends and holidays, with primarily second or third shifts. You’ll help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years or older and English proficient.
• Must obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules, supervise cash deposits.
