Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Meetings & Events Manager to act as the primary contact for smaller convention groups, coordinating food & beverage, meeting spaces, transportation, rooming lists, and billing to ensure flawless events.

You will work independently with clients and internal departments, coordinating pre-planning and on-site logistics, and building strong partnerships with support teams to deliver memorable experiences across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant hotel or convention services experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for smaller convention groups, coordinating F&B, meeting space, transportation, and billing.
• Coordinate pre-planning and on-site logistics with clients and internal departments.
• Act as liaison between the client and property departments to ensure flawless events.
