Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 2+ years of relevant housekeeping or hotel management experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and chemical usage
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with assigned team members
• Ensure cleanliness of guestrooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas per standards
• Perform daily guest room inspections and visual inspections of public areas
• Monitor team productivity and address performance issues with supervision
• Distribute workloads fairly among team members
• Provide feedback, coaching, and discipline related to performance and policies
