Two Maids of Malvern is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee essential office functions, and manage customer relations. The role may include occasional cleaning assistance in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead scheduling and office processes, ensuring smooth operations while promoting problem-solving and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management (entry-level accepted) and customer service is required.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: Open the office daily, ensuring a welcoming and organized start for our team.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain inventory.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries, manage complaints, perform quality control checks, and handle scheduling adjustments professionally.
• Scheduling: Oversee daily cleaning schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operations and optimized team utilization.
• Cleaning Assistance: Step in to help with cleaning assignments during high-demand periods or staff shortages.
• Team Support: Serve as a main point of contact for the team, training new members, offering guidance, and helping resolve any issues to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
