Two Maids - Malvern is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead operations alongside the owners. You will be the face of the company to customers and the team, guiding scheduling, quality control, and daily office tasks.

This role emphasizes growth: you will receive direct mentorship, a fixed weekday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and a pathway to larger responsibilities as the business expands. Prior cleaning industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Quality control checks on field cleans and customer interactions.
• Manage daily scheduling, reschedules, cancellations, and new bookings.

• Maintain office operations and ensure supplies for PHCs and equipment.
