Manager Trainees gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the guidance of experienced personnel. This entry-level position is designed to be transitory, lasting generally 6-18 months before promotion to the next level. A well-defined training program will be provided to help develop your path into a management position. Available openings are generally filled by enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded individuals with solid customer service backgrounds and relevant educational paths. Enthusiasm for our products is essential. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
