Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an entry-level team member to build foundational leadership skills through hands-on experience in customer service, daily operations, and team support at our Winter Park, FL site.

In this on-site role you will interact face-to-face with customers, clients, and coworkers, learn operations, coordinate shift priorities, and develop communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.

This entry-level position develops foundational leadership skills through hands‑on experience in customer service, daily operations, and team support.

This is active, relationship‑oriented work.

This is an on‑site position with regular face‑to‑face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Success in the role:
