Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash removal, floor scrubbing and forklift operations.
• Ensure quality control standards by inspecting completed work.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding site-specific needs and requests.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational requirements

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings if needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the duration of a shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
