ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is seeking a hands-on On Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams at client sites in Richland, MS. This role emphasizes leading by example and delivering spotless results for commercial clients.

You will oversee crew performance, perform cleaning tasks as needed, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Strong communication with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening or overnight shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the duration of a shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
