Job summary

Team Joarder, an independent Domino's franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the store at 1 Berlin Road, Clementon, NJ 08021. This full-time role will help lead our team, deliver great customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, taking orders, training staff, following food safety standards, managing inventory, handling cash, and supporting the General Manager with scheduling and store goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food prep, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening/closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure team follows company policies and break procedures.
