Job summary

Team Joarder, a Domino's franchisee, is seeking a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our Medford Township store. You will oversee shifts, ensure fast, accurate order preparation, and uphold customer service excellence.

This full-time role offers $17.00-$18.00 per hour, opportunities for growth to General Manager based on performance, and training provided. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
