Job summary

Job Summary

Summary: Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services for the Suites area at Dodger Stadium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Suites department during the event. This includes but not limited to supervision of responsible alcohol service, food quality, portion control, Health department requirements, customer service, sanitation and cleanliness of spaces.
• Maintain proper levels of inventory and recommends adjustment to inventory levels based on usage
• Ensure Time and Attendance Compliance, including proper management of Meal Breaks, Employee Time Punches, and Scheduling.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for all hourly members.
• Take corrective action as needed to ensure exemplary standards are maintained.
• Leads, inspires, and coaches, all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are executed with consistency
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment on a daily basis and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to make informed decisions based on the business needs.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• The ability to work well independently and with a team, multitask effectively while on the floor, and be detail orientated.
