Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative assistant to support the Premium Suites department at events. You will handle phones, assist staff with POS questions, maintain records, and help with inventory and invoicing.

On event days you will lead support tasks, manage check-in/check-out, distribute keys and radios, and aid with gratuity reconciliation. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.
