Cubby’s is hiring an Assistant Manager in Salt Lake City to lead a fast-paced, high-energy team and cultivate a fun, supportive workplace. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and uphold strict food-safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English proficiently.
• 18 years or older.
• Current Food Handler's Permit required.
• Food experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and maintain high energy service.

• Oversee cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Ensure HACCP and health department compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor new team members.
