Cubby's in Draper, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a high-energy, customer-focused team. This entry-level management position offers a pathway to General Manager and a culture that rewards stepping up from within.

You will lead by example, handle scheduling, hiring, training, and daily operations, ensure HACCP compliance and health department standards, and help control costs while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Restaurant experience preferred; training provided.
• Must speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and manage daily operations.
• Support the General Manager and promote from within.
• Schedule and interview candidates; hire staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and cash handling.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and Health Department standards.
• Mentor employees and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee line work, expediting, and opening/closing the restaurant.
• Control labor and food costs; manage waste and maintenance requests.
• Ensure quality control and sanitation across shifts.
