Cubby’s in American Fork, Utah, is seeking an Assistant Manager. This entry-level role is the starting point for a career path toward General Manager, with internal promotion opportunities and a team-focused, high-energy environment.

You’ll be part of a family atmosphere, receive regular raises, and enjoy tips on top of wages. Responsibilities include leading the team, scheduling, interviewing, customer service, cash handling, and ensuring HACCP and health code compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English proficiently.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Current Food Handler's Permit required.
• Food experience preferred; training available.
• Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and support the General Manager.
• Assist in scheduling, hiring, interviews and staffing to maintain coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cashier duties.
• Ensure HACCP and Health Department compliance; mentor employees.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage labor and food costs; maintain quality control.
